Student/Parent Handbook

The Student/Parent Handbook is a comprehensive resource that outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for all members of our school community. By signing the agreement, both students and parents acknowledge that they understand these policies and commit to adhering to them.

Parent Compact Agreement

The Parent Compact Agreement is a formal commitment between parents/guardians, students, and the school, outlining each party's role in promoting a positive and effective learning environment. It sets forth the school's responsibility to provide high-quality curriculum and instruction, the student's responsibility to commit to their learning, and the parents/guardians' role in supporting their child's educational journey at home.

The Fine Arts Production/Event Contract is a mutual agreement that signifies a student's dedication to exploring, nurturing, and honoring their artistic abilities throughout their academic journey at our academy. It isn't merely a formality, but rather a powerful symbol of the significant role the arts play in our school and in our students' lives.

The Media Release Agreement allows us to responsibly use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of our students in various forms of media. This could include showcasing student artwork, performances, and academic achievements on our school website, social media platforms, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.

This form is designed to manage and ensure the safety of our students participating in the After Care Program at Utopian Academy for the Arts. It includes necessary information about the student, emergency contact details, details of the guardian(s) authorized to pick up the child, and a comprehensive understanding of the child's daily routine, dietary needs, and any special requirements. This form must be completed and returned before the student's participation in the program.

The mandatory Student Technology Release Form establishes the terms for a student's use of school-provided technology devices. It outlines responsibilities for the care, appropriate use, privacy expectations, and return of the device. By signing the form, students and their guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms. Noncompliance can result in the loss of device privileges. THIS FORM WILL BE FILLED OUT BY STUDENT WHEN DEVICE IS ASSIGNED!
